Does anyone knows why do I always get mc113 after listing a few items? Is it because I dont wait enough time ? Do we really need to warm account for at least 30 days before we list anything ?

30 days does not usually change anything

Something wrong with the account creation, you can warm it 180 days it does not change anything.

Could it be because I am making business accounts and they can’t really verify some of the business information ?

It does not matter if it is business or personal. Usually the instant suspension is caused by some issue in the account creation ( IP, phone number etc.).
Or it can be caused by the personal details you used, if there is already an eBay account opened with same details.
