What items do you plan on selling and will you ship them yourself
 

Hi guys

I finally got an agent to consider my appeal. She said

"Can you tell me a bit about the kind of items you plan on selling? Are you shipping them out personally or do you have help to handle the load?

I plan on selling homemade software sent out on DVD but what should I tell her in order to pass this question? If I say software I think ebay will run a mile plus I have already listed a book to "warm up" the account which was taken down.

So I am thinking of saying

"I am selling items around the house I no longer need such as books etc. I will ship them all out myself"

Is that an ok answer? I'd better answer soon so I don't keep her waiting too long.

That's a better answer about items around the house.

Thanks for your reply and yes I appreciate answers can take a while its just sometimes people comment that I am taking too long to answer ebay

No I kept her on hold for 8 hours I said I need to consult aspkin and it may take some time please hold :p

It was by email not live chat
