I need to convert my personal payoneer account to business account

ebay asks me to turn my private account into business account but to do that I have to upgrade my personal payoneer account to business and I don't have a company .
Is there any possible way to that without a company?

Your BANK must be turned into a business?
I'd think they just need your ITIN or Business tax info.

It is a Turkish account.
I need to open a new payoneer business account. There is no option to change personel account to business acount.
Is it possible to open it to a person who doesn't have a company?

the personal details should match what you have on ebay now , if try to register it to a different person you are likely to get suspended unless you want to register to a company name

regarding whether you need a company this depends on payoneer , you need to ask them what documents they need for a business account. but as far as I know they always want a business registration or a local counterpart of such a registration
