Hi guys, I was suspended around 4 years ago. My question is, could I just use a friend's account and register it with hmrc? I just want the one account to sell on, would this be possible? Thanks

You can use your friends accounts but you would need to talk to an accountant RE the taxes for the best advise

there was no MP 4 years ago so you can use your real details again
