New start with aged account. Advices?
 

Hello,

I just bought the ebay account of a friend.

Because i was permanently suspended.

Ebay has 200 positive feedbacks but only as a buyer.

I'd like to ask you some questions. I will be very happy if you can answer me.

- For the name of the owner and adress, should i change anything? Because my
real name is suspended. (je ne compte pas me faire livrer)
- i will change email adress of course
- can i put my real phone number or must i put another (but not the old one because i was suspended)

- for IBAN. What should i do? I can leave the iban of the previous owner. But if i do that i never get my money. Le nom du propriétaire doit etre le meme que l'iban?

- how to start selling correctly? This account has 15 years old but never sold anything

1. Buyer feedback has no effect on seller status since the feedbacks are different

2. If you change info, you will be hit by ID verification potential.

3. When you get seller status, you will need your own bank for MP purposes.

4. Ease into selling - no high risk, high amount items at the beginning.

For iban it's a problem than the iban name is different from the owner name?

Can i put the iban of my wife for example?

For iban anyone knows how i can resolve the problem because i have to change it? Can i put the mine ? (but i was suspended and it's my name) or can i put another one but a different from the owner account?

Microsoft Softwares... but i know it's not good to begin with that. I will try to sell clothes and book to begin.

Just so you know, changing info like this and also using the ACC on a new device since it's not your friend's anymore will trigger a flag.

Do you think buy an account from 2007 with 200 feedbacks but no seller activities is good? Or it's better to start from zero

I'm surprised the account is still open. eBay closed one of my accounts that sat unused for a couple years.

If it's from a seller here you should talk to that seller and that account is going to be a treasure given the history.

If it's from some random seller, you'll be taking a chance.

Ip will change every time. But i'm afraid that ebay doesn't like that.

In eu they don't see the name of the bank. Also there is more than one person with same name in the same country. There is no such thing as 100% uniques name.

Definitely DO NOT sell Microsoft software yet...if ever. That could really be disastrous. I am pretty sure that is VERO. They don't play. I know some people sell the software and pair it with maybe a stick of memory or some low cost computer part to use as a loophole but based on my experience, and I heavily sell computer stuff...

this is a bad idea.

They can't check the real holder of the IBAN. At least for now
