Listings not showing on profile
 

Hi all

Since 2 days somehow my listings are not showing up when viewing my profile using Ebay.com but can be found by search thought, as I daily relist my items my American costumers find them by visiting my profile as they knowing the listing change daily ( have to do this for some reason I won't go into detail but has been good for months)

When I go to other countries for example Ebay.co.uk, Ebay.ca,Ebay.be they show both on my profile and by search

I can't contact Ebay as it will bring attention to my account who is 4 years old and has over 1000 possitive reviews with 100% feedback

Not sure what is going on

Does anybody know what is the issue?

So to clarify you list a new listing, go to your "my ebay" and for 2 days they are not under your "selling" tab?

But if you do a normal search they show up?

Most likely a delay in their system.

Yes I always end the listings than do sell similar item, the items always have couple sales daily before they get ended

Going on Ebay.com and searching for keyword of what I am selling my 3 listings show up under international items, but when I go to my Ebay sellers profile by pressing see more items of this seller nothing shows up

But it does show up using other countries Ebay websites

Sometimes it takes like 2-3 days for it to show on profile

Yea sounds like it's a delay in their system. As long as you ae making sales customers can find your listing in search.

If your shipping isn't set up correctly for certain countries. Nothing shows up on the "see other items" links when you access it from the corresponding eBay domain extension.

Unfortunately, feebay CS do not have technical depth so don't bother taking this to them.

Nothing changed in my shipping settings they are the same for over 2 years now, also its set to shipping worldwide

Somebody of the USA made a purchase aswell just delay prob

The situation is still the same and I am feeling I am loosing some sales cuz ppl see my empty profile using ebay.com 😕 I have no idea how to get it back there, on all other ebay.xxx they show up and on the most important one not anymore..

I had this issue also but they showed up on mobile it’s weird.

I am checking from a mobile phone and doesn't show anything, don't feel like it's just a delay anymore as it shows after 5 mins in searches and on any other country
