Getting worser now, not sure what to do..
 

Hi ��

For years my listings showed up in searches and on my ebay seller profile after just couple mins after I listed them

2 weeks ago they stopped showing on my seller profile on ebay.com but could still be found by search and showed on other eBay.xxx ebay profile except .com

Today I have ended the listings again and did sell similar item like I am doing on daily basis they always have couple sales made before ended and relisted.

It has been 3hrs now and my 3 active listings still not showing in searches or on any ebay.xxx visiting my sellers profile

I know it could be delay but I feel somehow my account is doomed by bugs in there system, I have never waited more than couple mins for my items to show up, due to my items not being on my profile on Ebay.com I have already lost around 30% in sales and now it will be just totally nothing if they won't show up in searches anymore too

Does anybody have experienced this issue before?

Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?

My account had over 6000 sales and is at 100% feedback with over 1000 good reviews

Not sure just have to wait for them to fix it, if it doesn’t show in 3 days contact live chat

I can't contact Ebay about it cuz I sell digital items, it will bring attention to my account

Sounds like you are either getting shadow banned or your category is.

And I've been reading more and more people selling digital stuff have their stuff not show up for days too, so it could be an eBay glitch

Does shadow bans even exist on Ebay? If I change category will it show up than?

I see another seller affected like me I think I do not see that seller items by search or on that seller profile but because that seller items are sponsored I found it under similar sponsored on another seller active listing, I don't pay for sponsoring never needed it myself but it might help maybe? I see the seller relisted his item 8hrs ago and it's still not indexed

I hope it get fixed it's my income who is gone atm

Maybe there is a delay because of 4th July holiday yesterday?

It's a delay after 6 hours 1/3 finally got indexed now hope the 2 other follow up soon in 1hr my sale time starts

I also noticed that 2 of my competitors dont really show UP on any ebay from 3 days but once i enter their accounts to check upon listings they are there but not showing in search enginge. (Its software category)
But once i post new listing in this category there is no issue at all 2-3 minutes and my listing appearing TOP1 , but when i want to promoted my Listings there is an error I dont know why.

Yea idk what is going on, they take 12hrs to appear now in searches, as I deleted my listings daily to avoid copyright reporting and get them taken down, now I have to list a double listing using another title and wait 12hrs for them to appear to than delete the old ones, they used to pop in 3 mins after they listed now 12hrs I guess they put me down in the algorithm and they still not show up on Ebay.com seller profile

Did it come back to normal now? Concerned as seeing something similar on my end

Nothing is back to normal for me, my profile is empty on Ebay.com still and listings taking from 5 mins before to +/- 12hrs now to index, my sales has been affected by all this but I am figuring out a way to make it work with the delays

Don't click sell similar or relist.. start a fresh listing.. if you list on ebay.uk, you'll see when listing ,a section to show on ebay.com.. it'll charge u like 0.16.. but it'll now show on both..
