Your account is being reviewed.... should I be worried?

And under payment's tab it says "Your payouts are on hold while we conclude a periodic performance review. We will disburse the funds once the review is complete. During this time, you can still continue to sell."

Seems like periodic performance review and your account is under review is the same thing.

Legit account, legit items, 7 year history.

Not many sales but return rate is around 20% (3 returns), only 15 sales.
(1) Sent $1,500 item to authentication center and it rejected says "we could not authenticate this item" a week ago. It's real though. Called eBay and they said it's real but straps were replaced and we asked buyer if he wanted it and he said no. Straps weren't replaced though. Called again and they said straps had heavy use and wasn't mentioned in the listing. Had the defect of item not described removed but either way this looks like a huge red flag. I've sold other items and sent to authentication center and no issues.
(2) Sold $1,200 item and buyer wanted to return it for remorse "doesn't fit" but still counts as part of my return rate. Buyer didn't use my label, sent it back on his own to my po box (I didn't know he sent it back), he called ebay and they refunded him. Got defect removed.
(3) Scam buyer wanted partial refund and I knew he was lying when he said it didn't work. Opened case asking partial refund, I told him to return it and gave him a label but he closes it and says he doesn't want to return it. Does dispute with PayPal for the partial refund amount and ebay holds the partial refund amount (didn't know this was possible), but I win that and it gets released.

Recently sold $1400 item Saturday. Long time repeat buyer. Got the email today or account review. I'm hoping this is just eBay's way of holding funds to see delivery.

Should I be worried?

Should I ship out the item? I want to ship because it helps show eBay I'm a good seller. But if account is banned I heard you don't get funds, so I'd use UPS to where I can retract the shipment.

Afraid the answer here is that your just going to have to wait - a lot of the time it will get restored but there is never total certainty with that.

That is quite a lot of high price transactions though with a few problems over the last few weeks

I would just pause future sales until you know for sure whats happening with the account

Got email 5 AM saying funds transferred to bank...about 6 hours after the email saying up to 5 days.

Checked the payments tab and don't see the "Your payouts are on hold while we conclude a periodic performance review."

Seems like a common thing after I googled some more.

But as with eBay/PayPal who really knows, you could feel like you are walking on water "oh they will never ban me", then one day you wake up banned for life��
