Hi, I already wrote here, how I was suspended on ebay, and after that bought item with guest account that arrived faulty. I wanted to open case on paypal, but they won't let me unless I tried to solve problem with ebay first, which I cannot do, because I am suspended on both my account and guest account. What should I do now, I tried to contact seller through email, but they don't have any contact information on their ebay selling page.

If eBay is suspended and PayPal is saying settle with eBay then your only option is to file chargeback with your bank and they may want evidence that your item is faulty. No way around it
My previous post dissapeared, don't know why. Anyway, I paid with paypal balance, not with card, so I guess bank can't help me. I can't resolve with ebay, cause I am suspended, don't know reason. I already paid item, and after that I was suspended. Seller used the situation, I guess, to send me faulty item that someone obviously returned.
I would resolve the issue with eBay first, what's the issue? provide more details we have no idea what your issue is.
You can’t do anything on eBay after your account is suspended. You don’t qualify for eBay Moneyback Guarantee and you can’t even message the seller

You are definitely screwed. I never ever pay with PayPal balance. Always use a real bank they always have your back if you have a problem with a purchase even if your eBay gets suspended or PayPal doesn’t want to help. But PayPal buyer protection is pretty nice as well. Not sure why PayPal can’t help you
