eBay developers program if suspended?

this is kind of niche, but anyone in here in eBay's developer program? Considering developing some tools for my biz but theres a signup page - my oldest eb seller account in original details was suspended wayyyy back so I'm wondering if there would be any conflict in me signing up for this with real details

(yes, I'm running MP with real details since but just wondering if anyone has any experience here)

You can create one without having to link it to an eBay account. The bigger issue is if you need lots of API calls you will need to get your product/software approved first.

"Lots of API calls" meaning some # that exceeds their API call limits? https://developer.ebay.com/develop/apis/api-call-limits

Or do you just mean some large # in general
