Ebay suspension.. WTH
 

I'm generally an Amazon seller.. decided to head back to ebay and do a few things..

Tried to open a couple of accounts, and they were toast..

1st info provided with card and bank.. didn't list, but got suspended after manage payment.

2nd listed a book, no bank provided and same thing..

I can create amazon's account within a few minutes, and their system is tough.. what the hell is going on with Ebay? I even tried to purchase a couple from a seller here and they were suspended upon arrival.

Only thing I can think of , is they now have a soft check, to see if a name and address matches, if not you're toast.. guessing when you list, or finish setting up manage payments that's when the system checks public records..

Please someone confirm this.. do all your accounts now include actual info.
Even if so, its an easy workaround.. and i can test it. But thats messed up, is that why I don't see a lot of pirates on ebay🤣

Yes eBay checks public records / and does soft credit check while signing up for managed payments

Are you running multiple Amazon accounts? Do you have multiple user accounts or multiple laptops per account?

Hmm.. I don't mind revealing that info.. but you have to give me a lil input on ebay creation.. scratch my back🤷🏻*♂️

Thx Roy for that.. thought as much.. do you reckon its a software that automatically checks? Don't think it would be a manual check🤔 have you heard from anyone being about to create stealth?

I'll open another tomorrow with real info and let you guys know.. if it still goes down then its got to be something else..

I give that info!! For amazon user account does not work they can still link account so has to be new windows VMware is best for multiple accounts under one pc/laptop

first, tell us how you created your accounts?

Second the account you bought from the forum how did you set it up?
I mean what computer, IP, things like that.

Accounts I purchased where suspended on arrival.. I didn't log into ebay, just into mail.. but it's not to do with my setup, it's rock solid..and I only purchased cuz I was too lazy to figure what ebay was up too..

In regards to ebay. And what everyone's being trying to figure out, Its called KYC know your customer. Third party, manage payments check info matches records, banks have to adhere to this also. So a credit check on your info will be conducted.. if you're not found, your account will be suspended.. pretty straight forward..

So when people state, use your friends or family, they're correct.. but of course there's away around not using theirs.. if u know u know..

just wanted to know if a soft check was conducted. Which was answered by Roy and I can now confirmed this and found out the system they're using and how to get around it. Just saved me time...

It’s always done, by the way it’s not soft check, always ways around it and this is what you need to find out only way by trial and error no one going to tell you that

I dont think ebay or payoneer has anyway of verifying payoneer only accounts
