eBay Refund to buyer - Tracking Delivered
 

Hello guys

One of my eBay account was suspended 1 month ago. And there was around $900 balance. I have updated tracking details for all orders.

Today I got email from eBay, one of my buyer opened case "Item not recived". Few minutes later eBay was issued a full refund to the buyer. But after checking the tracking, The item was succesfully delivered to buyre's address.

I can't even send messages from my eBay account since it is suspended.

What should I do now? Anyone faced problem like this?

So the reason ebay keeps your money usually is for instances like this. It's to cover their butts.

THey'll automatically refund any disputes.

I don't know about now since I haven't gotten suspended for a very VERY long time and I haven't seen any updates from members here, but a while back when you get suspended eBay will even EMAIL EVERYONE that bought from you from like 3 months prior and encourage them to file a dispute to get their money back...

If you can call eBay directly that's your only hope, emailing them is a pain as always

You can appeal the case once you get reinstated

Account cannot reinste. It was permanent suspend. 😕

It’s best to solve any issue the buyer has before it escalates to eBay. Even if the buyer is trying to scam you. Once it escalates to eBay. eBay will always close case in buyers favor even if you are 100% honest. eBay just looks at it like you can’t satisfy the buyer so they will suspend your account as punishment. It sucks but it’s the only way to be successful on eBay long term

To be honest nothing much you can do, your best option is to arrive to the buyers house and threaten them and demand they give you $900 in cash - be careful how you do this, take backup, and park your car far away and take video footage and bring proof of delivery with you and advise you will take action to scare them.

If they are too far then yeah not much can be done, try contacting your local financial services department who deals with complaints and lodge one.

Buyer may not have used his residential address as well...

Once you are suspended,Ebay no longer bother to look at tracking.

I don't recall ebay ever auto refunding every dispute, especially in cases where the item shows delivered. Hell, as a buyer, I've had to call in to get cases closed. But even that won't work for a delivered item.

oh lol you were being serious. I thought you were trolling at first. Maybe for $900. I don't know. You can still get ****ed by cops for this. Especially if you actually threaten them as well. What type of threat? You'll beat them up? You'll enter their home? Cause I'd shoot you if you tried that, and I suspect someone dishonest, would have even less moral reason to not shoot you on the spot. And I'd have every legal right to do so too. Having video footage would only help my case. " he threatened me, on my door step. I was afraid for my life. I thought if I didn't give him the money, he'd push me into the house and kill me".

They never used to but seen it happen a couple of times in the last few months

if her account is suspended,she does not have seller protection.

closing cases there show delivered, isn't seller protection.
