EBay cover picture

Looking for some help with the cover picture you can have on your account, from memory it’s 1200 x 200, in photoshop it looks great but when I upload to eBay it enlarges it and looks nothing like it should.

I know this isint the sort of question asked on here but eBay are useless helping

What do you mean by "cover" picture? For your listings??

Or profile photo? or that background thing?

When you click on the username it takes you to a page that shows your stats and you can give a brief description about your self
