regain access to ebay account without email or phone
 

eBay reset my password. I cannot set a new one without getting an email code. But gMail closed my email account. the phone number on my eBay account is not active anymore.
How would you try to regain access to this eBay account?
Based on my research there's zero chance to get it back without the email and phone.
The only idea i have is to try to text the old phone number and see if the new owner of the phone number can cooperate.

The owner of your old phone kept your number...seems a bit weird but you're right, losing access to both is a big red flag for ebay and regaining access will be incredibly difficult.

Phone and update the phone number

Wait a few weeks

Phone off the new number you added initially explain the issue with the email address and they will let you get a text verification instead
