To update your credit/debit card information:

1. Go to the eBay Home page.
2. Click My eBay at the top of the page, and sign in with your eBay User ID and password.
3. Click the "Seller Account" link (beneath My Account in the left navigation menu).
4. Follow the instructions for updating your payment method.

Your eBay account isn't attached to a PayPal account? Get a new card?

I did attach the paypal ,however ,I used to use vcc for becoming seller.

They will accept Paypal as your payment method if it has been linked (verified) to a banl account

My ebay account isn`t attached to my paypal account. I was verified by a pre-paid card, now should I just verify it by linking it with my paypal? example I have set it up with pre-paid and pay with paypal, now pre-paid expires,so I just use paypal as my automatic payment? thanks for any info.

Yes, but you have to have a non expired credit card on file with paypal in order for this to work.
