Do all new accounts come under the microscope for a period of time?, I have an account a few months old and every time I list I get items removed.

The problem is the eBay policy that covers what I sell, you can’t list police badge patches which is fair enough but they allow shoulder patches. The policy says shoulder patches are allowed but not badge patches, unfortunately whoever reviews listings things certain shoulder patches are badge patches and removes the listings.

It seems a no win situation especially for a new seller

It’s all a AI Bot that is reviewing your listings, impossible for real people to review every listing on eBay

I put everything possible into the listing description telling what the item is and even on the image itself, unless a bot can look at the image it’s hard to believe, eBay have said when I contact them the listings have gone for review and not picked up by bots. It’s a no win situation when people who review don’t have any real knowledge. There’s hundreds of sellers in the same boat,
