Previous method creation might still work?
 

Hi everyone,

I have a few accounts now all are doing ok for now.

I plan on creating more accounts and watched a YouTube video on how to create stealths accounts in 2022. The method seemed like it was the same method I used before.

In the video the person said using your real name and date of birth is fine even if you have been suspended. He said the address needs to change but not by a lot so maybe a different street name.

He also said eBay don’t keep your documents so you can send in your real passport in.

The thing here is I used these methods and after 7 days my account got suspended after submitting my own real ID it got suspended twice actually doing this method.

However he did say don’t sell anything expensive in the first month where as I listed branded item on one account and branded item on another account both within 7 days.

So I’m thinking of giving my old method another try but this time wait a month to list risky item maybe first item list a £10 item (have good success doing this on other accounts)

If I reach a turnover threshold of £750-£1500 that’s if I get that far and I submit my passport in again hopefully it will pass this time.

Has anyone created an account using these basic tips and has anyone had any success with it?

Making accounts whilst acting like seller, not buyer. This means non bidding or buying. Only browsing history as a seller. Nobody's gonna wait for thousand months to start selling.
My accounts are banned too after submitting id. I think they perceive some of the accounts as high risk then ask for id just to suspend.
Ebay doesn't keep old files in their system, so you can use your own id again. However if you have to add manually some details like doc number, they might keep track of that.

We are in the same boat and nobody wants to respond to such questions.

They do, they are legally obliged to in the UK at least. The timescale normally banded around is 6 years but the law allows then to store data 'for as long as they deem necessary and appropriate'. So with banks and ebay, assume this is forever unless you challenge them over it. With almost infinite storage capacity nowadays there's no way ebay, banks, Amazon etc are simply going to delete data.

That said, there is hearsay that sellers have been successful using the same ID again but I've never seen it said in a convincing way from a reliable source.

If you're making stealth accounts and the ID is of no value then what have you to lose. If it is currently active on a stable account then it stands to reason it would be foolish to re-use it on a different stealth account unless you use exactly the same details as the first account as you're allowed a second account anyway.

I also thought they kept your documents as well. If they keep your documents then how come they allow you to pass them on multiple accounts with missmatch address?

I would like an account in my name with different address it does work as I’ve also sold items on accounts but failed the ID part my real passport so it keeps on going back to eBay don’t like risky items sold on new accounts or they keep ID which I thought they did so their not accepting it but again others are reporting real ID passing on more than one account with missmatch address.
