anyone know this guy @editory, he scammed me for US eBay Stealth account. Anyone could help me to contact with him. I saw he still actived on aspkin.

Nobody here can help you contact him, not even the mods because his details like your account, are bogus.

I guess you'll never buy from an unauthorised seller again and hopefully the mods will ban him.

Not that is difficult to start again and find another 'customer' sadly.....
