i got permanently suspended ...
what is did wrong is ebay account name is jaiden
and card holder name is jayden.

could it be the reason?

i was created payoneer account.
i uploaded passport and it was expired and didn't know that..
payoneer asked me another one and was waiting for new passport.
bcus ebay sent me an email to prove it until 9th Oct and i was preparing.
