If you set up a USA ebay account with US address and proxy and it passes initial review and verification. Is it possible to switch to a foreign country IP afterwards to manage it?

How do you guys do it with ipburger?
Residential on creation then switch to dedicated IP per account or what?

I have done this with my USA eb accounts - switched over to Canadian IP

Currently using mobile ip with multiple sims per account but I dont like how the mobile IPs eventually might get recycled

you can get dedicated ipv4 proxy for couple of dollars per month. don't see a point in changing it :)

Could be used/reused by other ppl at the price....potential for problems
