Does google voice work anymore? What about the paid subscriptions with text now or others?

If i go with a sim can i link it to google voice after verifying then stop paying on the sim?

Trying to find a way to verify phone without having to pay every month.

In the U.K. you don’t have to pay monthly for a phone number to be activated through eBay.

You can get EE SIM cards here for 99p and the number is already on the back of the SIM card.

Can’t you get a cheap SIM card with a number on the back of the pack? You can pay £10 for some SIM cards here just for the number but you don’t have to keep on paying every month it’s just to verify the number belongs to you.

Not sure if this is an option in the US. Maybe someone from the US can chip in with their opinion.

Similar concept in the US does exist - I haven't tried linking sim to GV - minimal cost to worry about

There are good ones out there for like $0.50 an sms,
try to only use the services that use real SIM cards,

Would always advice to get hold of multiple Lyca,

As many others you have to top up first to even
get a number!:eek::clap::clap:

No no, don't use internet based stuff.

A sim card with phone is about $20 for 3 months...
