How to set eBay store to accept pre-paid gift cards?
 

I'm shopping on eBay with a pre-paid Visa OneVanilla gift card on eBay. I was able to buy from a few merchants. But my card gets rejected at other merchants.
I called card services and they said some merchants might not accept "anonymous gift cards."
So i would like to know where is the setting in eBay stores to change this. I worry i am losing out on sales on my own store and i don't even know about it.

There is no setting that I know of that you can change (if I am wrong then that's interesting if change can be done0 - it's really internal to eb if there is rejection occurring for risk reasons

There is too much fraud on those cards,the scammers will buy those cards with other people fund,sell them at discount as soon as they can ,when the owner find out,they file chargeback

I bought from sellers with 150k, 15k, 2500, and 850 feedback. It also worked with a seller who had under 100 feedback and 500 items sold.
It did not work on a seller with 350k feedback and 99.9% positive. Or 700 feedback and 100% positive, and many others before I gave up trying.
I hope in the future someone will post information on how to enable my store to accept OneVanilla pre-paid gift cards because I can confirm they don’t work on my own store.
This is a new issue; OneVanilla started blocking eBay about a month ago.

Note: I have no such issues with pre-paid gift cards that aren’t OneVanilla. They work completely fine everywhere I shop – they don’t block eBay at all.

It tends to be ebay that blocks certain BINs

best way is to use paypal , ebay regularly make problems with cards , even card payment with major banks do not always come through , paypal always works
