ID and change of bank account request immediately after registration

2 accounts registered today with real info. One on .de, one on .co.uk. Immediately after registration I am hit with id request and request to change my bank account. Anyone had this?

The person is trying to create a U.K. account in Bulgaria using mobile tethering not sure of the network they are using.

Will this work in their country?

I advised the person to look into ip burger U.K. residential ip as it’s seems like the issue they are having is ip

They did try and create an account with real info from their country this could be the problem as well.

DE. is very edgy all the time - could be just a random hit and on De. it happens often. I personally avoid De.

Sounds like a problems which happens when browser fingerprints matches on both accounts.

Using a regular brick and mortar bank. Tried with 2 banks on the 2 accounts.

Will try again today, might be a bug. Happened before to witness a bug during registration, might be just that.

Issue resolved!
Apparently bank accounts can't be reused, contrary to the advice I was given. Previously was able to register and reuse BAs, but got suspension after first sale. Since I did not send out anything on many accounts due to the suspensions, the bank accounts were blacklisted, because ebay tried to charge me dispute fees and couldn't.
