New account with only 50/700 selling limit?

Hi,
I just created two US stealth selling accounts and the selling limit is only 50/700? Not like 250/25000 before.

Can anyone confirm this?

So they can vary

Sometimes they can go as low as 5 items

It really depends on a lot of stuff most of which only eBay is privy to the details of

250 is not the norm. 5 is the norm.
Fact you got 50 is actually good IMHO
