Problem with login on new device

I tried to log into my eBay account on new device and They asked me to confirm verification code but the problem is I didn't use the phone number for long time. How can I request the code to my email ? I called eBay but only met the bot , no agent pick up. Does anyone get this problem ? Please advise me & appreciate that. Thank you.

P/S : I attached the screenshot of the problem.

Either go back to the old device or call the number and mention the code

So best thing is go to the old device, log in on that, update the number and wait 72 hours, then log in on the new device :)

I tried to log into my old device and have the same problem. Still need the code to my phone number :doh::doh::doh:

So just give ebay a quick ring and they can update that for you :)

that is a new system on ebay , SMS is needed on all devices unless you used them recently to log in

Do you know any service to remove this problem. I tried to call eBay number many times but failed at all.
