Alternative to Second Eye Solution - PayPal Documents

Hi all,

Does anyone have a solution / alternative for Second Eye? Since the website has been taken down, I'm trying to see if there's an alternative for the documents asked by PayPal. His website was one of the best I've seen, however unfortunately it's no longer available

As regarding the country, I'm looking for documents for Malta.

Please let me know.
