EBay can’t see me purchasing shipping labels

So I have been purchasing labels through eBay and shipping my orders through packlink through evri so that eBay releases my funds straight away . The issue I am facing is that they can not apparently see that I am purchasing these labels on eBay and therefore don’t release funds and I have to call them .

Has anyone had a similar problem to this before ? And has anyone managed to find a solution to this ? I have only been using evri delivery so far

Does the label you bought from ebay show up in your transactions?

It should...

See that’s the problem , the labels do not appear in my transaction history . Even when I go to selling and postage labels nothing comes up .
Any idea as to why this happens ?

A glitch in their system.

Does the tracking # show up even?

Tracking numbers do show up when you look at the order it will show was delivered etc .
I thought it was a glitch aswelll but it has been happening on both of my accounts.
I have been using eBay delivery so evri, USPC etc maybe by using the other option which is Royal Mail it could solve this issue .

It will not solve the issue, of course they can see the label has been purchased via them. It's not a glitch either.

How old are the accounts?

One is 3 weeks old and the other a month . When I go to purchased labels on selling I also can not see the labels , but on the Royal Mail labels I am able to see them .

You must be able to see them, you're printing them out aren't you. :noidea:

You're not getting your disbursements due to the accounts being new, it has nothing to do with labels or delivery.
