MC011 We put your payouts on hold. Should I be worried?
 

Account not restricted/banned, items still listed, but payments on hold.

One dispute for $1600 item (not as described case buyer claiming hole but listing states hole in item). Other two sales this week, both yesterday for $4500 and $500.

In June same problem - one dispute and one bigger sale ($1,000+) and account reviewed but it passed.

But now it's asking for delivery. Bit weird because sales were just yesterday and 3 day handling and never had an issue with delivery.

Legit items, not drop seller. High value items though. Sent invoices on account 5 years ago. 7 year old account. Real info with management payments.

Difficult to say 100% not to be worried - do you have other backup accounts to build up?

Your account has a MC011 but your listings are still active? What are they asking you to do?

I think you have good chances to survive. Just provide good signed for proofs of delivery. After that, they will ask for invoices. If invoices are good - you will be reinstated.
