Ebay apparently reinstated my account ??? BUT I STILL CANNOT USE IT
 

I got this message today from Ebay

do I need to pay the fees first or are they fishing me???



they said "If you have any additional questions, billing inquiries, or concerns pertaining to the status of another account you own"

but when I ckeck my Feedback profile without connecting there is no "Not a registered user" everything is ok

You may be on of the lucky ones (Rare) who get their account suspended. I'm just curious in how your account was suspended?

if u r still suspended user but got message from ebay.. first make sure this email is really from ebay.. if yes then reply to them and ask ur account is reinstated but u still get that message when u log on.. also try live help.. they r very helpfull there too.. as i got some of my issues there..

I was reinstated by EBay after a two weeks suspension and after I was informed by EBay that my reinstatement request was reinstated. I got a call from customer support, informing me about my reinstatement. It was strange and I only think I was reinstated because I was a powerseller. I got suspended because I had an account from 3 years ago that was never reinstated, so they nailed me 2 years later.

The mail is real from Ebay, How can I use live help???

I get reinstated all of the time after being linked, vero'd, shilling....I challenge the suspension and usually win. Just start using the account. It should be safe to do!

eBay has a glitch when they reinstate you these days: the suspension alert still shows up when you sign on. Don't worry you are an active member and should sell like one. If you want, you will need to contact eBay to have the warning removed from you My eBay page. I have done so 3 times already with no issues.

Oh I misread the post..sorry.

Yeah I was reinstated but I kept getting an Alert message on my Ebay start page stating I was suspended. I was able to fully use the account but the message stayed there until I finally asked them to remove it on their end (since I was re-instated).

Ever been Reinstated for a day? Then shut down later that day?
