Incomplete or incorrect information when adding IBAN

During registration I got a message that the information I provided to ebay is incomplete or incorrect on the page meant for a bank account. Both bank accounts I tried are valid, in a real bank, in the same name as the account, in 2 different banks. Do you have any ideas?

How old is the bank account? If it’s new then try again in like a week

Update: Tried old bank account - still not working. Tried to register new account with real details and iban - not working. Ebay registration page is obviously broken.
