Acct owner and EIN different details.
 
Hi guys

How safe is it for tax purposes to have the account owned under a friend's details, dob, ssn, info etc, and then have it in my LLC/EIN?

As long as the 1099k is generated in my LLC/EIN and I pay taxes, is my friend completely okay with IRS?

But what kind of LLC are you making? single, multimember?

Single member, it's my ein but when it asks for stakholder info I give their info. Is this good?
