HMRC question
 

Hello all,

A few years ago my account was suspended. I have now been reselling on my girlfriends account and was wondering how to declare tax or if this was even possible? Would I have to hide my name still? Would I declare myself as a sole trader or as a partnership?

Ebay will send 1099K to your girlfriend,either she will declare as her income,or she can say she works for you and fill out the right form.
You can ask question on ebay seller forum as how consignment works,some sellers sell for others,and get paid doing so.but their 1099k will include sales of consigned items

if it is not a lot of money,you can just let her report the sales and give her money to pay extra tax.
IRS does not care if you have been suspended and now using your girlfriend ebay account.

it is in the UK not USA , you just declare it yourself , HMRC does not care who ebay is registered to

If you're not selling high volumes, cash basis accounting. Easy peasy.
