The account was restricted and when I was ready to reactivate it, customer service asked me some strange questions

1.Which of the following age ranges most closely matches the age of 'Glenda Pena'? Names may be listed as last-name first-name, include maiden names or contain slight misspellings. 19 to 23 30 to 34 42 to 46 49 to 53 63 to 67 None of the above or I am not familiar with this person

2.Which of the following corporations have you ever been associated with? Corporation Names may contain slight misspellings. Automated Services And Packaging Little Dragon Dancewear Ok Jewelry Strategic Insurance Services United Parcel Servic None of the above

3.Which of the following vehicles have you recently owned or leased? May include vehicles which you recently sold or vehicles for which you co-signed 2003 Harley-davidson Xl 1200c 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander 2006 Audi A4 2007 Buick Lacrosse 2013 Ford F250 I have never been associated with any of these vehicles

I am baffled by these questions .... They seem to have nothing to do with the content of my registered account either

Yes eBay has been asking these questions for years now. Best thing to do is to go create a new account. That account is toast.. something in your setup or creation method alerted the eBay bots

So these questions are not related to my account information?
No matter what I answer, my account will be suspended?

Very high chance it will get suspended even after you answer them correctly,

Reactivate your account basically means you got suspended in a more fashion way
