eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Inkfrog promoted listings

As anybody had problems with adding “promote listing” to items in Inkfrog? Iv only just made an account so I’m using 14 day trial at the moment.could this be why it does not work?

Inkfrog used to be a good service but now it's just overpriced junk IMO

I stopped using inkfrog in 2019 when practically every function was significantly delayed or just did not work at all.
