Reversed the outcome of the case but realized it is stayed in Performance History
Hi
I am struggling with Seller Performance Level
When I checked the cases that were closed against me I realized that although I reversed the outcome by appealing one of them it is still on my Performance History.
The problem is it has been 90 days past already.
I contacted once without telling them 90 days past issue, they told they will investigate and contact me back but they never did it.
Is there a way to remove this defect because it was their fault? |
