Suspensions related by day??
 

During recent couple of months noticed some interesting paterns in suspensions of different and unrelated accounts and it happens on a specific DAY. I am operating few accounts now and got 4 of them suspended on a same day: 12/15. The only related thing between them that they was touched that day. But with a different actions: one was listed, one was add bank account, one was used just for browsing for a personal things, one was just created that day and no actions done at all.

Only accounts which was touched that day was toasted. All the rest seems ok. And it is not a first time i notice this - like once a month there is a day when whatever account you touch they go down even without any actions. Accounts does not share any single detail between them.

Anybody else noticed this???

this has been likes this for a long time , they just select days on which many accounts are suspended

What are the messages you’re receiving when you’re losing accounts? If your method of creating accounts is strong you shouldn’t receive random suspensions or restrictions. Its all down to your method of creating accounts.

I remember it use to happen to me where I would lose an account but realised it was on my part.

Examples would be bad ip using hotspot, bidding/buying low items to build feedback, using random address, selling low risk items with free postage and packaging. Theirs many triggers if not done correctly which will cause these restrictions/suspensions.

Im with decade experience and i track and take into account much more things than a regular users do, so when something like this happens, believe me at first a inspected a lot and found zero clues.
-I track my IP and having list of used.
-IPs are real residentials, no VPNs or proxies
-All users on PC has different accounts
-Real info and real phone numbers
-Browser fingerprints modified different for each user and they are fixed, not made by randomizing plugins.
-All accounts shares ZERO bit of personal info.
-One was strictly bidding account, one strictly selling, one mixed and one was just created and was "dead on arival". They all had different feedbacks and no cases.
-Other precautions done just in case to prevent data sharing between companies- will not share thous as they would quickly be abused.

There is no patern as they all got suspended after different actions on each of them and some was not related to selling - see first post.
The only relating detail that all of them was touched the same day. Accounts which was not touched that day, survived ok. Lisitngs made day before and day after are ok. Buying accounts who made bids before and after are ok. Everything is ok except that ONE DAY.

By the way, it is .COM platform (worth to mention as all platform have some minor differences)

Different bots roam the venue site,it takes time to complete the task

ebay mass suspend new accounts they do not need , this usually happens on the same day with lots of accounts

Then there's a link, or at least it would be prudent to assume so and tear down your processes and look for one.

There is absolutely no evidence that ebay simply pick a day to purge accounts they 'no longer need'. The fact that you had three go down simply isn't coincidence. If they did have a purge day of accounts no longer needed, how many do you think they'd have to take down to hit your wholly unconnected account operation three times?

I doubt it;s a "let's suspend everyone on so so date" time.

From the sound of it your accounts got linked somehow.

situation update - it is actually 5 acc, not 4. Just now spot that one more have "reactivate" message inbox, and gues what - 12/15 - same day as others.. However not suspended, they just sent me a list of questions, will answer, but do not have any hopes. Anyways - 12/15 was a weird day..
