Account restricted
I'm back here after not selling on ebay in at least 8 years. I honestly didn't know it was still a place that people actually bought from. I have an account that was opened in 2019 that I bought a few items on.
Figured I'd try to sell on this account. Made a seller account. Was told to call since it's been awhile that I used ebay. Gave them my info. Everything checked out.
Sold this 3k item, pleasantly surprised to find out no more PayPal requirements. Thought things had changed.
All was well until the seller left positive feedback. I got a email saying account was restricted because info I gave that had discrepancies.
I sent tax return, passport and mail with my address.
Money is on hold and currently waiting. It's been 2 days.
Any hope?
I've had ebay in the past many times over and been suspended. I've always used anonymous accounts because of it this one is under my name though. But not at this address or phone number. |
