DAC7: Reporting Obligations for Online Platforms in the EU
The DAC7 says that as by 1 January 2023 all Online selling Platforms in the EUROPE needs to automatically report sales over 2000 euro or 30 listings to The taxing authorities.. 30 listings is just silly I would sell 30 things for 1euro each and be repoted to tax authorities..
I really Dont understand how this gonna work! How like Ebay France Will report taxing info to Denmark authorities for exp? How taxing authorities Will manager such huge amount of informations?
