eBay account suspended - when will eBay pay the remaining funds?

Hi,

i searched in the previous posts but i cannot found this info. Someone of you know how many days ebay will hold funds if an account is restricted?

I have one since 4/11, i have about 200 eur left but still no payment happened

It was a new account, i had 8 feedbacks, unfortunately triggered the system and i was shutted down temporary asked to send docs. After that they close the account for ever
Wrote to customer support they told 60 or 72 days

It was 60days for me last year when my accounts went down

60 days is the pretty much accepted 'rule' these days unless violations exist

I had one account were they held $23,000 which was like 2 or 3 weeks of sales. and the last account in hold is 2k
