EBay deduction refund tool
As an ebay top rated seller, is there a limit to the amount of times I can use the deduction refund tool? Before getting flagged
I've had a few buyers break items or lie and say items arrive with broken parts when they didn't, so could have used it more, but only used the tool once.
FYI I could have used it more but I am scared to as I don't want to use it to much and then it flags up and eBay suspends me. I know how pathetic ebay can be and I've had an account suspended before years ago using my same address (not sure why they never suspended the account I'm using now years later and it never got detected). So I don't want to draw uneccassary attention to my account if a buyer kicks off. |
