ID is always tied to information on file , the information is held indefinitely even if ID is not

It's held indefinitely but it takes more work for the back end team the more time passes. If it is connected to a SR # its in the system forever, but lets say 2 years have passed, how easy is it for a new agent to dig into the system and find that SR #? I wouldn't give eBay agents that much credit, most are dumb and look at surface details. Even the back end T&S.
