Hello guys, got mc011 on one account and I'm not interested in getting it removed but there is some funds held on it. is there a way to get it suspended and get my funds after 60 days?

Only if you've used real details if you've not used real details then you've lost the money

depends on whether account is real and on country of registration

if account is real and registered in a country where ebay have legal risks the funds will be paid out

if account is real and registered in a third world country funds will only be paid out if amount is not significant

if account is stealth they do not pay out

Depends on the type of suspension... if it's a copyright suspension they won't give you back the $$ usually

Update: funds were released after 85 days from receiving MC011. I didn't send any docs regarding the MC011.

I got mine after around 80 days and that was after I changed literally every thing to gibberish. I update my name, address, username, everything wording like jkdlasfladskfjasdlkf, or just obvious b.s. Updated EIN, and SSN *I think*, basically updated everything I could have at the time.

I think it defiantly depends on your country, I am in USA, but if you got a MC099 with a clean metrics account you should be able to get your money back. Just have to be able to communicate yourself to eBay.

My point when speaking to them was I never had one customer return something as "item not described", never had one chargeback, never had one INRC, so what liability is there for you to hold my funds? There is zero liability and that was me being completely honest. No customer was going to do a chargeback as enough time passed, and there was nothing to suggest a customer would, so when you word it like that its pretty easy for support to process it for you.
