LLC annual fee
 

I set up last my first LLC (I dont remember but I think it was single member LLC) from NY state.
Now I have to pay the annual fee. I am reading:If an LLC or LLP did not have any New York Source gross income for the preceding tax year, the filing fee is $25.
EBAY sent 1099k to my SSN with name/address and no mention of my LLC so does that mean my LLC gross income is $0 or will it still count as whatever the 1099k gross under my name?
using Form IT-204-LL.

Go to your states website to pay the annual fee.

if you sell un single member LLC,you must have given your SSN to Ebay,and your 1099K would show your LLC sales

If the 1099 has your name and social security number on it and not your LLC then you file as the LLC has done no sales and you disclose the income to federal and state IRS as personal sales

If I sign up for an LLC with only me

I need to provide my personal information when I sign up for a business account on ebay? (SSN)

Or as the business grows, will ebay verify the LLC holder's information with me? (SSN)

I don't want to give out my personal information/SSN to ebay
