eBay 30 day holds?
 

Hello,
I have a question regarding eBay hold from sales, since December every sale I make the transaction is on 30 day hold? Does anybody knows how to fix this issue? All of the accounts are from 2020/2021, on every sale I put a delivered tracking number/fb, I don't have cases against the accounts everything is perfect and I keep getting only 30 day holds? The accounts are on ebay.co.uk and ebay.de , I'm not selling in a risky category.

that means the prices are too high so that you are seen as a risk

if you start selling cheap items slowly the hold will disappear after some time but expensive items should only be added slowly too otherwise the hold would just return

Hello, ebay holding money for bigger amount orders. For example 70$ and more, I dont know exactly amount.

70 is considered high on ebay

$70? maybe on a new account. I've sold manga volume for $160 and no hold. or laptop for $120 no hold. ebay is weird

new ebay accounts get holds all the time , at least I had it on all of my new accounts and it was removed later

Nobody here can tell you for sure why based upon what you've said. The only way to find out why is to ask them. Then you'll know how to move forward.

OP is in Bulgaria? and sells on UK and Germany Ebay,may be this is the cause of 30 days hold>

Part of the factors that affect holds is also source of buyer payment - something you keep in mind

correct,some buyers are trouble makers,file too many disputes,not enough fund in banks or based in a country or using a form of payment which takes time to clear.
But 30 days is not common

why not call them and ask why?
Did you add a credit card to your Ebay account?
See if anything goes wrong,they can always charge your cc

Calling them to ask why can be a hit-or-miss - some of the eb agents may have no clue what to answer and will waste time

You can't avoid holds on new seller accounts, your account will be reviewed on the 20th of each month, these holds should be lifted after your first month and if the account is in good standing i.e. tracking uploaded for all orders, no cases opened, no buyer issues, basically you need a solid history of sales.

Type in google ebay established seller and you will see 90 days since first sale or 25 items and 250$ sales is established seller.

Im selling realy high risk brand and ebay does not hold any amount.
