paying for items.

how to make a purchase on ebay before listing my first item? should I attach a prepaid debit card to it to make purchase? can I and how do I do it?

Open a PayPal account with the email address you are opening up the account in, then feed it with a real PayPal account you have in your name On the new PayPal account you can use the bank account you are using for managed payments.
