Is there any way to appeal defects past 90 days?
 

Is there anything I can do.

I started selling again on ebay about 4 months ago. I listed some things prematurely and they sold fast. about 10 items to be exact.

I cancelled because I wouldn't have the stock soon enough and didn't check on my account for a while.

Now i'm back and these 10 sales have destroyed my seller status.

I now need to sell almost 500 items to get it back.

Seems silly to be punished for this. eBay has a system to appeal but it has to be done in within 90 days and I missed the window.

Can I do anything?

That many items not really

1/2 items you can appeal but 10... just unlikely to work
