I bought IP from them and after they receive my money , They disppeared and no reply to me at all !!!

Donn't buy ebay account & Paypal from this website !!! You will be scammed !

Looking at those accounts for sale, they are just click bait so you send the money for them. they are far too cheap for what they are offering.
