What im a doing wrong?
 

Hello everyone, so i was a "big" seller with 51k sales and almost 8k feedback on eBay till 2 years ago when i started receiving counterfeit items removal, never got suspended but got almost all my 2k insertion removed, now im trying to get back as i see people are selling again stuff similar to mine "custom card" im selling from 3 months got a lot of sales some positive feedback and today i got hit again with a counterfeit item removal, what am i doing different from competitor?

Perhaps an IP agent is looking at your listings and reporting them, try a name change if their and see if that fixes it.

Pokemon is probably the trigger for the bots to find, you can try using your competitors listing description change one letter or word as he is not being bothered, definitely have a stealth account in hand.

On your last pic, there's a mention of your Instagram for purchases, I suggest you remove that as a competitor will report your listing for trying to sell outside of eBay (against their policy).

Open one of their listings, hit the 'sell similar' compare item specifics etc ... sometimes certain item specifics raise flags. With bullion for instance item specifics alone can suspend you if for instance you place a specific grade on the item specifics, but your item is not accompanied by a third party appraisal of said grade. If you leave that item specific blank, on the other hand, you are clear of any policy violations - so perhaps your competitors are doing something similar, and you are missing out on it and therefore getting the counterfeit notice. Also, compare item title and description and think objectively of keywords that the person who designed the bot might have thought of to weed out counterfeits.

Ok, I actually went and checked both sellers: there are huge differences between the item specifics utilized in listings on both accounts - you need to check the policy for your category regarding the use of terms such as Mint Condition, Unmodified etc... especially specifics regarding grade etc... as these trigger policy violations, bots and reviews I emphasize what I stated above in the previous post!

I think that your competitor reporting your account and ebay checking it, and seeing that you selling brand items which permissions you dont have. So for this or you start selling with permission or I think it will repeat in future.

i have tons of invoice as i have a physical shop, would that be enough to show to ebay?

I would say find the specific policy for your category (if there is one) and compare what the policy dictates with your listing.

For instance, if the policy says you should not provide a grade for your cards unless they are authenticated, then do not include a grade (Mint State) in your item specifics.

pokemon is a very tough market - invoices can be hit-or-miss with acceptance
