Getting Past MP
 

Please can anybody tell me how you get passed the Managed payment setup. Ive lost two new Bank accounts due to instant Bans... So getting new bank accounts to use will get suspicious

Is there anyway to List Items without Managed Payments

Basically to use Ebay as just advertising without Buy It Now and just let the auction Run. That way can still generate interest

You don’t need to enter your bank details when listing. It gives you the option to skip adding bank till you sell something and get paid.

Never add bank account at point listing or converting to seller account, always choose the option to add bank after a sale, unless it is a business account in which case you have to add a bank account at the point of registration.

I have seen sellers selling 6 figures Gold bars ,they dont accept MP,they ask for wiretransfer or cashier check on Ebay

As Nimble said, do not enter bank details when doing first listing, as in your case you lost the use of both. This way if your set up is not quite right and you are getting banned you are not wasting bank accounts. If you successfully list and make a sale then put your bank details in.

what I just told you,you can list items without using MP.if Ebay would let you do so.
