I got an approval for another seller's item to sell but then got a restriction
 

Hi guys
I found an item to sell the same on ebay.co.uk that was sold too many times.
First couple of days I reported it multiple times on different days and saw that it was not removed.
Then I contacted live chat whether I can sell the same and the agent approved it to sell it on ebay.com and co.uk.
Then I listed and after 3 days it got removed from ebay.com because of prescription drug then I contacted live chat why it was removed and told the agent I got approval for that item.
He told me to wait for 3 business days for a reply.
Meanwhile my item on ebay.co.uk got removed because I didn't write the name on title of the listing and got a 7 restriction.
I was misled by two inexperienced agents and because of them I got a restriction.

I tried to appeal with explaining everything twice from live chat and also through email but they denied.

Is there anything else I can do?

There is not much you an do as this is eBay, I haver never seen a restriction lifted once placed, having a 7 day restriction means that you have had problems before and quite recently, at least twice?

Where can I learn exactly which item I can sell or not?
Because agents have no idea what they are saying and I don't want to be dragged into a trap again.

if it is indeed a prescription drug,then you cant sell it on Ebay,use your common sense.

No actually it is not. The agent gave me the confirmation. Then the agents are on drug I guess.

Prescription drugs are not allowed to be sold on ebay, even herbal items can be removed if a competitor reports it as such, ebay have no tolerance for this as it can be dangerous and your account could get permanently suspended.
Read their "prescription and over the counter policy" before listing again.
